About This Course

We all face challenges when it comes to advancing in our careers. While some challenges require managing your own mindsets and behaviors (which is covered in Managing Yourself), other challenges call for strategies to manage specific situations that come up as you navigate the workplace.

In this course, you'll learn how to position yourself to move ahead and build your network of relationships so that you can manage your career more successfully.

You'll also learn how to think and act as a leader, which is important to any successful career. This includes how to hit the ground running as a new leader, communicate your message effectively and build and inspire a team.

This course will take you approximately 5 hours to complete.

Learners who complete this course will earn a digital certificate of completion.
