Health and Wellness: Mindfulness LAC
Co-designed by Mayo Clinic and the ASU Center for Mindfulness, Resilience and Compassion, learners will be guided through a variety of mindfulness, self-compassion, and meaning-making exercises in order to build a skillset.

Learn scientifically proven skills to reduce stress in your life by increasing mindfulness, enhancing compassion and finding meaning in everyday life. This stress management course will instruct you to immediately start applying these new stress management skills to your daily life:
- Identifying, recognizing and combating damaging stress
- Becoming mindful in daily life, and developing new skill sets in mindfulness practices
- Finding value in self-compassion, gratitude and forgiveness
- Developing a resilient mindset
